Can the owners preserve and work around the native tree in the front yard for shade and privacy? This area has lost too many mature trees because of unit dwellings and is now rated as one of the hottest areas on the Central Coast (coastal sand plain, more hard reflective surfaces (tin fences, driveways etc)).
Can Council ensure the DA shows sufficient on-site parking Bourke Road? All too often, tenants end up parking on the street and therefore cluttering access the detriment of other road users.
