As per the recommendations of the Sydney Arbor Trees report 30.07.2019 we wish to remove the spotted gum which is 180cm from the wall of our lower gound living room, 130cm from the base of our outdoor access stairs, 30cm from our neighbours timber and brick home and 30cm from the edge of the retaining wall that continues as the side of the living room wall. The spotted gum is a continuing and increasing threat to the personal safety of ourselves and our neighbours and our and their properties. I propose the contract Mr Tree who has the required certificates and insurances to remove the tree via back access to Mansfield Street.
