1. 23 dwellings on a 5,502 m² block! Where is the parking going to be accommodated? where is the extra green parks or amenities that so many people living on this one block will enjoy? It seems the usual story of these extra density living piggy backing off the green areas/parks which were there prior, without any extra being provided. It seems that the Knox Council will allow any number of dwellings on a block that initially had one home, but don't ask the developers to add anything to the surroundings. Most of these developments use nearly the whole block to maximize the number of dwellings, so little green space/ garden is left.
