1. As a local resident I dont believe it is appropriate to allow a suburban development amongst semi-rural properties and I appose it strongly.

2. I believe another chunk of Hinterland being taken for new builds would be detrimental to the area. 25 homes equals possibly more than 50 cars spilling onto a road that would struggle to accommodate them, not to mention the effect on local wildlife. Keep the Hinterland exactly that.
