My objections to this development are:
    1. An overdevelopment. Three units cannot be placed on this block without encroaching over the setback of 8.2 metres.
2, Car parking. the plans do not have enough carparking spaces. Garages too small for two medium sized cars therefore they would have to be parked in front of the garage or on Coringa Court. Coringa Crt is already blocked with cars for parking at night. Where will the extra cars park?
    3. Traffic. Units are planned for at least two cars. Which means at least 30 trips based on the average of 5 trips a day for each car. If they are rented could be up to four cars per unit in the 4 bedroom units that would mean 50 extra trips per day. We live at the head of the court and already we have a constant flow of traffic out of the court and at night it is unsettling having those headlights shine into our house.
4 This development should be limited to only two units.

    1. An overdevelopment. Unit 1 encroaches setback of 8.2 metres.
    2. Car parking. Two medium sized cars cannot be in these garages. Only room for one in front of garage. Extras, especially if rented need to be parked in court, which is already over crowded at night.
    3. Traffic. Four bedroom units could be rented meaning up to four cars would need to be parked. Trips per day could range from 30 to 50 based on 5 trips per car. We live at the head of the court and get all traffic headlights shining into our house. with an extra 50 trips per day getting out of our driveway in an already busy Kathryn Road coukld be a major problem.
    4. Landscaping Plans show for little areas of landscaping, proving an overdevelopment exists... .
5, Limit this development to two units only.

This application on 6 Coringa Court is a massive overdevelopment of a small block, so much so that the set back distance from the other houses has been invaded to squeeze the first unit in.
I live in Kathryn Road at the top of the court and we get all the traffic from the court making life difficult for us, especially with headlights shining into our house as vehicles leave the court. With three units that mean at least another six cars with five trips a day equalling another 30 trips out of the court each day. As two units have four bedrooms and the possibility of these houses being rented even more cars will be parked here. That could mean four cars to each unit.. Where will the cars be house as there will only be room for one in each unit. The court has no parking space and when cars are parked each side of the court emergency vehicles will not be able to travel down the court. The difficulty we have leaving our driveway will be further increased with this development.
Due consideration needs to be given to reducing this application to two units only.
