  1. Andrew Harris commented

Albion Street, and those in the immediate area, (eg. Duggan), is already hideously congested. There is no scope for more dwellings with car parking reductions.
Special attention must be paid to traffic movements in close proximity to an existing school crossing.

  2. Deeply Concerned Citizen commented

Moreland City Council is advancing a corrupt, reciprocal relationship with developers at the expense of our communities and the environment. There is no meaningful community consultation, only the greed of ever increasing rates, more fees for on-street parking permits and an increasingly disenfranchised population of voters.

"two triple storey dwellings and four double storey dwellings" on a block this size and an area as busy as Albion, next to a school crossing is a farce. Shame on the greed that proposes it and a bigger shame to the greedy council that approves it.

Suggestions on how to actively resist/strike against Moreland City Council and its
    councillors welcome.
