At rear boundary, prune one (1) Liquidambar styraciflum at rear southern boundary, prune one (1) Jacaranda at front, remove one (1) Cedrus deodara at rear northern boundary. Cedrus deodara is to be removed as there is insufficient room for the tree to grow and develop, it is being suppressed by other trees. Liquidambar styraciflum to undergo selective crown thinning by 20%. Eucalyptus - prune as required to maintain shape, branch can be removed from over neighbours property if needed. Jacaranda street tree to have the lower branch growing over the roof removed.
