You can be clear, to the point and polite but I don’t believe that the council ever listens to the residents . There is no need for this childcare centre at this point in time as I don’t believe that the number of children in the area has increased enough for it. There is also another childcare centre application put forward for 65 moxhams rd northmead for 60 places that is approximately 1.3kms from this proposal. Winston hills has not increased in size And I don’t believe that there is another 80 children in the area that need care so how can you think that another childcare centre is needed. All that will happen is there will be an increase traffic flow. At some point the council will need to listen to the local residents like there supposed to do.

    IMPORTANT!!
Without commenting on this DA or upon Dominic's comments, I've become aware that not only does the City of Parramatta Council dislike submissions/comments on DAs and the other proposals flagged by Planning Alerts (PA), its Officers claim to either have not received those (PA Moderator disagrees) or being unable to discern the proposal being commented upon.

So..... in order to cover all bases, Dominic and others should include Council's reference on their submission/s, and additionally email it to Council at council@cityofparramatta.nsw.gov.au for the attention of the relevant Officer; in this case John Martinez.
