Please find following and attached documents for a S72 Amendment for planning permit 0476/06. We note the following with regard to the amendments; 1. There is no change of use proposed to the existing showrooms. 2. There are no alterations proposed to the existing showrooms. 3. There are no changes proposed to the existing signage. 4. There are no changes proposed that will be visible from High Street and changes will not be prominent when viewed from Grandview Street. 5. There is an office extension proposed to be located behind the principle buildings in the rear garden. A. No new works will be visible from High Street. B. All extension works proposed are allowed under the planning scheme and do not require a planning permit. 6. Alterations to the approved parking plan will be required as a result of the proposed new works. a. There will continue to be 7 car parking spaces. B. Access will remain from the existing crossover and gates in the northeast corner of the site accessed from Grandview Street. C. 2 of the car parking spaces will be tandem car parking spaces. D. Car parking provisions are in accordance with 52.06-5 Number of car parking spaces required under Table 1. E. All car parking dimensions are in accordance 52.06-9 Design standards for car parking.
