Construction of a new, three storey circular public school for up to 1,000 students (from Kindergarten to Year 6) and up to 70 staff, comprising; - 43 homebase classrooms, including multi-function rooms and three for special education purposes; - Library, school hall, out of hours care facilities (OOSH), teaching and administrative staff offices, canteen, indoor and outdoor recreational facilities, covered outdoor learning areas (COLA) and afterhours and weekend use by community; • Associated building identification signage; • Extended road widening works on Smalls Road to accommodate additional kiss and drop facilities and limited time parking; • Refurbishment of existing and construction of new car parking facilities; and • Associated landscaping including refurbishment of multipurpose sports courts and fencing.
