    I have seen the listed development application for 24 Goodall Crescent but the description simply stated "detatched dwelling addition".

    Does this mean the lean-to veranda attached to the ATCO hut installed against the fence or the caravan that is being used as a permanent residence?

    Caravans should not be used as permanent residences in Residential areas and the ATCO hut is not in keeping with the character of the Goodall Cres/ Theta Street area. Thia area used to be classified as R1A.
