It would benefit the aesthetics of the neighbourhood if CCC could please ensure that the new development ensures variety in the architecture and colour of the buildings, provision for plants and shrubs, and streets wide enough for street parking on both sides of the road.

Also, each time these new developments are approved by CCC, please remember it's for an area which already has insufficient retail outlets and car parking, schools and tertiary facilities, and a more regular train service direct from Warnervale Station to Sydney and return without standing room only.

I have to say that the addition of more housing in the area with no clear for provision for new schools and community facilities, putting pressure onto already over crowded resources, shows a lack of forethought, stinks somewhat, and i think a freeze on further housing in this conurbation would be a wise move until the state and federal government has shown a commitment to infrastructure in the area, and building work has begun. The local schools are already full. Where do they expect all the new kids to go? Private?
