Parking is already in short supply in central Sunshine, so allowing developments that do not provide adequate parking Is por planning, and negatively impacts on the amenity of the area. Locals will be discouraged from visiting businesses if they are unable to park.

I totally agree that increasing the density of the housing/ structures using the existing infrastructure is very poor planning &!is going to wreck Sunshine. No regard seems to be given to history. Council should be focussing on maintenance & getting existing residents to clean up their properties many of which are disgraceful and are bringing the area into disrepute. Visitors commented to me that the place is looking really bad

I would like to add that council needs to urgently address the double parking that occurs constantly in Hampshire road particularly between Devonshire Rd and Service Street - it is outrageous and dangerous and most obstructive to traffic flow - further excessive development in the area will NOT help
