88 Carlisle Street Leichhardt NSW 2040

Removal application submitted in 2018 was denied. Based on that decision over the last 2 years we have worked with our designer to create architectural plans with a 3m ecxlusion zone as per regulations around the tree. The plans were approved by CDC and lodged with council in late Sept / Oct. During construction digging thee footings and new swerage lines caused unexpected root issues. - Hired a level 5 arborist to assess the tress health and were informed that the footings and sewage channels have caused structural root issues and it has to be immediatley removed. - Post the arborist recommendation we wish to replant with a mature native tree and have requested reccomendations of the ideal speciesand location by the arborist
