Just what Moorebank needs, more multi dwelling constructions. 😡😡
Is there a council election coming up soon? The first candidates that steps up & says no more of this overdeveloping of this very small suburb gets my vote 😲😲

I don't see how the basics of waste disposal can be met. 9 dwellings means 9 bins + 9 recycling bins on any given waste day. That means 18 bins !!! You're telling me they can fit LEGALLY along the frontage? That also means no cars can park along the frontage of the lot either on bin night. Even with just ONE car per unit, that's 9 cars. 9 cars and 18 bins !!! Where is that going to go ? The reality is people have guests, boyfriends, kids, etc that means there will be more than 9 cars for this development.

There is no logical reason for these developments given the traffic issues, etc. The only logical reason for council approving these developments is that money is changing hands somewhere.
