46 William Street Redfern NSW 2016

Installation of a new rear corrugated colourbond (Windspray) roof over the existing rear one-storey extension & back passageway of a two storey terrace. The extension retains the original layout for the kitchen, toilet & bathroom. The back passageway roof will feature three double glazed Skylights. A double glazed window & back door will be installed at the end of the passage. The roof will not impact the southern boundary ridgelines or the northern boundary 150 year old SINGLE BRICK wall. For this a box gutter and roof load will be supported by existing brick pillars inside the northern boundary wall.
