Unless the tree is dangerous diseased or dead, Croydon Conservation would oppose the removal of at tree at the rear of this address. The reason being there is a continuous band of mature tree canopies in a line across the rear of about 6 adjoining properties, in this location.
Ribbons of habitat such as this are becoming more scarce in Maroondah and seriously affecting the viability of some of our species, according to the recently reviewed Vegetation report done by Dr Lorimer.
We would like to be advised of an arborists report regarding the status of the tree to be removed.
