    This application is a considerable improvement on the previous application which was withdrawn after much community opposition. Since I made a detailed submission last time I would like to state that I am cautiously in favour of this application.
    I would like the council to make sure heritage values are maintained and the amenity of the area evaluated to ensure the additional accommodation does not have negative impact.
