    This location is right on a busy intersection when at peek times can have cues of cars at each point of the roundabout trying to enter the intersection. It is irresponsible and unsafe to introduce four drive ways into the mix. There is also extremely limited visitor parking.
    Further to this, the block size is only just over 600 sqm which means each property is going to be no bigger than 150 to 160 sqm. An average town house land size is over 300 sqm.
    Unbelievable that this amount of dwellings is even considered on the site.
