The submission of this TA seems inappropriate as this Ironbark, a high significance tree, is identified within the DA/546/2018 as being given considerable consideration by Council and appears to be a stumbling block for the DA. The amended DA recently submitted states the tree has been 'constructively removed' and references to it are a repeated throughout the DA. Therefore please do not assess this application separately to the DA (which is currently with the Land and Environment Court). I also object to its removal along with a number of other trees for removal on the site such as street trees to allow a construction zone and trees to make way for footpaths.
