1. 4 units on the block is too many. Another owner wanting to maximise profits without community considerations.

   The property is close to the junction with Council Street and with the (guaranteed) additional cars parked on the street will cause a traffic issue.

   A lot of families utilise the street to send children to Doncaster Secondary College in the morning dropoff and afternoon pickup times.

   For that land size, on a busy street, 2 units is ideal. 3 units max. please.
