    Can Council ensure there is on-site parking on the lane way for the granny flat? Too often, a small build is squeezed into a backyard without any space for a car. Our rear lanes are cluttered with cars from in-fill development leaving little room for a bit of garden let alone a shade tree.

    I have no objection to another granny flat being built as there are so many already
    But I do have concerns about parking
    During construction we need 24 hour access to our garages to get vehicles in and out
    Builders vehicles either need to park on site or in barrenjoey rd
    And when finished there must be adequate parking on site for tenants
    Without blocking access for garages on the opposite side of the lane
