Modifications sought are for a reduced front setback, increased rear setback and floor space for rear common recreation room, realignment of rear common recreation room wall, changes to building elevations, front fencing, driveway and internal layout.

    No this is not bearable. Council is changing the status of this area. I request resident to organise meeting on this issue. And yes..Not near ones only but far one.
    Let's make Oatland free of this menace.

    I think that the development applications for boarding houses in the Parramatta area are excessive. Statistics show that these types of accommodation comprise of residents that don’t fit in desirably with the rest of the community. Let’s continue to keep our suburb a safe and attractive place to live!
