I have children that play in the front yard where the tree is located. This tree has dropped large branches even after 20% pruning as approved by council in late August 2019 (last year). The last branches nearly crushed my car. This tree has regularly dropped sizable branches since September last year - after the pruning. The tree is close to our house (within 5 meters) and falling branches pose a risk to both human life and cars in the area. The last branches that fell damaged front fence.

The tree in question is located in the back yard and sits on the slope of the land. It looks as though there may not be adequate root depth to hold the tree in the event of another storm like one approx. 4 weeks ago. During the last storm another tree came down damaging my house (broken tiles) and the house next door (right hand side looking from the street). We are all quite worried now after the recent events. Another tree lost a large branch which landed on the house (left side looking from the street) and damaged the pergola.

The crown of a scribbly gum tree in my front yard fell during the big storm on 20 January 2020 and landed on my carport roof. This is the third time it has dropped a branch, but this is the most significant event involving the top half of the tree. The tree now looks unstable, as the remaining major branches are also twisted and rubbing against each other. I'm concerned that it may fail imminently. I've had a tree lopper look at it who has also advised that it looks unstable. The tree is in my front yard but on the boundary with council land, hangs over the footpath, powerlines, and the road. I request an urgent assessment and approval to remove it before it causes further damage to property, my family, or the public. Thank you.

We had some branches removed from a gum tree by an arborist last year and he said that the tree had bracket fungus but he thought that he had removed it all. However, this year we have lost two massive live branches which fell without warning on our garage and driveway thankfully not causing any injury. We have great concern that other branches may fall with no notice and injure our grandchildren as the tree is directly over the grass where they play.

We have 2 trees needing to be removed. Since October 2019 we have dangerously endured 3 times without power to our house due to falling branches taking out our power lines and causing damage for up to 5 days at a time. Tree 1: Is damaging our driveway and lifting up the concrete which is also damaging all of our services. Tree 2: Is 3m away from the residence, starting to damage walls and directly above the children's play area.
