    It's always appreciated when knockdown-rebuild clients use well-regarded consultants. Nick Bell Architects have done a great job of delivering a design that suits the unique shape of the block and maintains privacy on a busy street.

    I particuarly like the architectural, assymetrical roof pitch. The timber panelling and louvres will look fantastic and provide great shading to a western elevation. It's also not over-the-top and will sit comfortably in the streetscape.

    Looking forward to seeing this one get built!
