I live at 706 INKERMAN ROAD
    CAULFIELD NORTH.

I have recently finished a major renovation to my back yard. I am not happy with the proposed 4 story property, as I would not enjoy the fact that it would overlook into my backyard, especially if apartments dwellings are in the proposed plan. Not only that but it would be an eyesore and visually unappealing. I have notice there are NO 4 storey buildings around this area anyhow. Not to mention with the proposed cycling lane and removal of parking, where do you think any residents will be able to park. It is very difficult now and with the parking on Inkerman rd an issue I can onl imagine how impossible it will be with trucks for the worksite. I have been living here for close to 40 years and have NEVER experienced the trouble we are constantly having with trying to park near our home.
Therefore I object STRONGLY to this proposed development.

    Regards

We live in the area, and the proposed plans with an "ultra modern" look go against the beautiful heritage of this building. A four story development with a rooftop terrace will not only stand out as it will be the only of its height in the area, it will also be imposing on the surrounding residents.

With the reduction of parking spaces in the area due to the proposed "cycle super highway", this will place more strain on the neighbours both during the construction and long-term.
