    I live in aparment number 3 / 14 Gerrale Street, Cronulla, directly adjacent on the western side of the proposed development site. I am on the first floor and the proposed plans indicate the plant room is directly opposite my bedroom (master). My concern is the noise that may generate from the plant room as this room is only enclosed by privacy screens which I do not believe is adequate to contain noise.     We also have grave concerns about the impact the demolition and excavation will have on the structure of our building.
