Hi, I live in Tudor Street Belmore. I oppose this development application as it does not consider the single dwelling resident. Belmore as a suburb has too many apartments and has facilitated in looking after the Apartment Citizen. We are urging council to consider the rapid number of apartments that have been built in Belmore and conduct a study to better plan our suburb.
