While housing renewal is a good to see, I am worried about the stand of trees in the backyard being cut down?
Can the owners with the builder try and work around the trees in the back yard to retain the shade and habitat?
Too often, these blocks are clear-felled of every scrap to the detriment of the whole area which is now rated as the hottest (by 4 degrees) area on the Central Coast.
