    As there is already an old granny flat here, is this a knock-down re-build as there are no documents attached to see what's doing here.
    Is there a parking space is included? Too often, in squeezing even more housing onto blocks with rear lane ways, parking is not completed because of the cost creating too many cars cluttering these areas.
    Can the owners please plant out a garden and shade tree(s)? The Peninsula is now rated as the hottest area on the Central Coast created by in-fill housing that brings down trees that never appear to be replaced. Not only will the tenants save on power for air-conditioning but a nice garden will increase the value and livability for everyone.
