84 Kingsway Cronulla NSW 2230
The tree is very old and sits on the border of two properties (84 Kingsway & 2 Connels Rd Cronulla 2230). It is pushing over a retaining wall that must now be replaced for safety reasons. I am concerned that the tree will fall potentially causing injuries to people in the flats (including children) or property damage. It is clear that the tree is on the verge of pushing the retaining wall over. The wall has lost its structural integrity and must be replaced. I am happy to plant other trees in its place after the new retaining wall has been constructed.
