Please do not build any more huge apartments around here. The Transport is already full, the roads are clogged and the buildings are ugly. We really don't need anymore apartments or people in this already very congested area.

The area cannot support more "retail tenancy" . Build underneath proper Bulky Goods and light industrial spaces to house all the businesses that are being forced out of the area. The way this is going you will have to have your car serviced at Moorebank and buy furniture at Revesby. All these small shops go broke and look tacky. Need 6m high floor plates on ground floor. This been discussed with SCC planners by local business community but no one seems to pay any attention. A lot of these businesses work normal hours so when the residents are at home they are gone. No one has to deal with a noisy busy trading late into the evening while enjoying their balcony !
