Can the demolition be carried out while retaining the established trees on the block, especially the ones of significance at the front and others around the border of the property?
To see an example where a new build has very successfully retained established trees at the front of the property, please visit 504 Ocean Beach Road. As you can see, the trees have enhanced the property’s appearance and appeal. The established trees also produced very positive comments from the buyers and contributed to the property gaining a very high selling price this year.

Can the owners work around the trees for this knock-down re-build?
Too often, contractors demolish every little thing when with a bit of effort, a shade tree can be retained.

Maintaining trees on the property add to the value of the property and the area. From a landscaping point of view an established tree provides a focal point for any gardening design as well as adding privacy.
