    Remove and replace one (1) Camphor Laurel from rear, right side of property. This tree is unsuitable & unsustainable in its location, it is destabilising the boundary fence line, and there is evidence of included bark and large buttress roots forming in both properties. This tree has dropped large branches over the years and has blocked both properties’ sewer lines. The canopy overhangs the three neighbouring properties, to prune this tree away from them would require a significant amount to be removed, leaving the tree as a poor specimen. This tree presents an unacceptable level of risk to the residence and neighbouring properties.
