The present development has very limited parking availability.
At times it is impossible to find a car parking space.I believe that Council Rangers have previously issued infringement notices for vehicles parked on the verges and footpath areas.
If the proposed development goes ahead the local residents will have no where to park.
It must be considered that the increase in traffic will create very limited use for parking by locals and visitors to the beach access.
A childcare centre in this area will possibly attract those that wish to take advantage of young children.
The plans and proposed development are out of character with the local environment, amenity and natural beauty of the area. Council should reconsider this application.
