Existing permit allows: Construct a three (3) storey building comprising eight (8) dwellings with associated car parking Proposed amendments: The proposed changes are as follows and only apply to unit 8. For clarity, they have been clouded on the attached plans. The balcony of unit 8 is being decreased from 21m2 to 20m2 in area. The north facing doors from the new bedroom/study onto the balcony are changing from outward swinging doors to glazed sliders. The external windows from the balcony to the west are changing from bifold (in a full height wall) to a glazed balustrade with the roof over this balcony being cut back to provide more natural sunlight.
