    Existing permit allows: Construct a three (3) storey building comprising eight (8) dwellings with associated car parking Proposed amendments: The proposed changes are as follows and only apply to unit 8. For clarity, they have been clouded on the attached plans. The balcony of unit 8 is being decreased from 21m2 to 20m2 in area. The inclusion of new a/c condenser units which were not previously shown on the endorsed plans on the roof below the southern wall of the study. The west facing window of the study has been removed.

    Secondary Consent Amendment to approved plans - I was advised over the phone this would be a secondary consent application. Proposed changes to endorsed plans: Revisions to the garage/gym. The existing roof and North and West walls will remain. Pool equipment relocated to the South West corner of the site. Removal of three ‘significant trees’ on the West boundary. Removal of a portion of the hedge/small trees along the South boundary. Lower head height to Kitchen window. Lower sill height to Laundry window. Change from awning to sliding type. Upstairs bedroom window/doors changed from sliding to hinged type - opening size unchanged. Ensuite window changed from casement to fixed type - opening size unchanged. Study window changed from casement to sliding type - opening size unchanged.
