Seven stories on Applebee St is TOO HIGH. We are currently under construction with 3 monster properties being developed simultaneously. THIS IS TOO MUCH. Footpaths are inaccessible, hundreds of massive construction vehicles on a one way street every day. How does a one way street cope with this much development? Existing residents seem to have ZERO consideration. Council are negligent in keeping the safety of pedestrians ahead of the apparent free for all / zero rules construction sites.

Jen, if it's helpful this appears to be relating to the build that's already in progress at 47 Princes Hwy / 34 Applebee St, which has plans and info attached to the other iterations of this same DA (this appears to be .03 - i.e. the fourth iteration, and like the others before it, seems to have been generated when there was some sort of change made to the DA). It would be stellar if there was more clarity and transparency with these DAs. The "Architectural Drawings" from the .01 iteration seem to be the plans they're actually following with the build...

    Second iteration - DA201600135.01:

Strangely one Second iteration (DA201600135.01) plan is here all by itself:
