Can the developers consider retaining as many of the trees on this block?
All too often, contractors clear-fell every little thing on these knock-down-rebuilds when with a bit of forethought, the trees and some of the garden can be pruned and/or worked around.
With three units, can Council ensure there is sufficient on-site parking and a visitor's space?
