Please wait until November. There are about 50 bird nests on this block at the moment, all with eggs. Please let at least this generation survive.

OBVIOUSLY WE NEED TO KNOW FROM THE DEVELOPER AND THE COUNCILS PLANS FOR THE JACK CREEK .THERE . WERE 60 OBJECTION TO THE ADJOINING BLOCK WHICH THE DEVELOPER PLANS TO CLEAR FELL. ANOTHER BUSH BLOCK WHICH IS ENVIRONMENTAL VANDELISM.. THE COUNCIL NEEDS TO TAKE THE LOCAL COMMUNITY OBJECTIONS SERIOUSLY.

The proof is in the pudding my grandmother used to say. The corruption that has been shown to be the Ipswich City Council in the past 5 years is obviously still running the show. Different faces same hats. The public has yelled at the tops of their voices on how they don't want Bellbird Park to change. We all bought here because we loved the bush and the wildlife. All that is slowly being taken away tree by tree by the very council that we elect to protect us. Where can we find a council member that we can trust to do the right thing by the people and who actually does what the say they will?

Rember my advice re objections to council...At a meeting with Cameron Dicks staff, they stated that the council had a major role in controlling development requests. There seems to be much ;passing the parsel between the 2 of them each trying to get us mushrooms to swallow who has the power in relation to controlling development.Of course it depe on who you are talking to. both have t the same line.:they have n't got any power to stop development.my take is that the State govt has the ultimate power. I must send all of you notes from meetings with Chemello/ Adams Cameron and Milton Dick,+ a meeting with the staff of Enochs and also another meeting with the another state reps also trying to convince me that they had no juristdistiun fWatch out for a guy named jenson. 4 views about who did have jurisdickson, and yet he sent t=2 researchers to find out that i was wrong and jensen had no jurisdiction reading their report they tried to prove me wrong. unfortunately i have a degree in Planning. i wrote a rebuttal and no one else w=wanted to put themselves in the fram. It makes fasciinating reading. I've done what i advised objectors to do. Just spend a couple of lines No spelling check

The Planning Dept ignored the Bushland Sensitive Development Area as per Figure 4 Bellbird Park Greenspace Plan Implementation Guideline No 9 Bellbird Park Planning Study and gave permission for developers to clearfell this area even though the Guide states larger lot sizes; site sensitive building construction methods; minimisation of clearing and earthworks; and the provision of supplementary planting. Surely council will not allow clearing to be undertaken during peak breeding season. We all know wildlife spotters, if used, cannot possibly relocate all the wildlife that escapes once the bulldozers arrive, only to come back later and find their nests destroyed and their young missing/killed.

We have lived in this area for over 40 years and had several colony's / family groups of sugar gliders in the trees near us - they have all disappeared now due to the council allowing total tree clearing of this disastrous small lot subdivisions in this area - it should be banned

As the rest of the country are is heading like a glacer to start to make inroads into restoring the bush, 80% gone. .wHILST IN THE iPSWICH BUBBLE sTILL ALLOW THE TOTAL DESTRUCTION OF A "BLOCKH LIKE AT BRENTWOOD "FOREST" ESTATE MASSIVE CLEARING ..+AN SCRAPPED TO THE SUBSOIL. BIIRDS NATIVE ANIMALS. NEVER EVEN GET A MENTION.. A REPORAL SOURCE FROM COUNCIL SAID ITS TOUG KOALAS HIITAT CAN NOT SURIVE IN bELLBIRD. cREEK CORRIDORS. SMASED. . nOW THERE IS A RUMOUR THAT eUGENE IS GOING TO BE TOTALLY CLEARED. FOR AT LEAST 300 HOUSES. YOU GOT A PLAN.WE GOT A BULLDOZER

My objection above is Mistake ridden. . Being a teacher with a terrible . It was a hurried effort and I was in a rush and did.t check. Anyway to reiterate be aware that your objections will be ignored... Question Whats happening at the "Happy Jack has seen no work done for a couple of weeks . What is happening ? Anyway I have been checking it out. You may remember me saying. What a great reference , people passing by. on Jones rd will be able to See what criminal damage is happening.

Zoe I have never seen anything coming from the council. about birds. When they slash and burn 30 hectares of our bush at Eugene St it speaks volumes about about the council and state. . Who speaks for our birds. Someone somewhere ?
