On face value it looks like IWC are solving the big issues here! As a resident we have limited restaurants, cafe’s and bars in Leichhardt. Is the council supporting local business? Supporting local residence with good selection and options for food and retail? Or addressing trivia with DA’s for signage at I’m sure significant cost for a small business who are just having a go at making a dollar. SMH.

    MJ,
I am a bit curious about your affiliation with the small business owner. Also curious as to why you think their right to make a dollar outweighs IWCs right to maintain order for the benefit of the community. If their business survival hinges on a non-compliant sign maybe they need a better business model.
