Remove one (1) Eucalyptus tree, located in the left corner of rear boundary. This tree is unsuitable and unsustainable in its location. It is pushing over the boundary retaining wall. The tree has insufficient space in which to develop, as it matures it will continue to cause ongoing damage to the property. To carry out the repairs to the retaining wall major roots will need to be cut, putting the tree at risk of falling over.
