118 Murriverie Road North Bondi NSW 2026

Remove five (5) trees. Two (2) Conifer species located on the western boundary. The trees are growing over the side path making access to the rear yard impossible. Pruning these trees would require an extensive amount of major limbs to be removed leaving them as poor specimens. Remove one (1) Archontophoenix Alexandra is growing on the boundary fence line and through the canopy of the conifer, tree to be removed to allow for new planting. Remove one (1) Pittosporum rhombifolium as this tree is planted in an unsuitable location and has insufficient space in which to develop. Remove one (1) dead Metrosideros excelsa.

Will the trees be replaced? This is important and the residents should be advised as to native trees which would be good replacements.
We have replaced trees on our property planting a water gum, a blueberry ash, two coastal banksias, grevilleas and corymbia.
Bondi needs more trees not less.
