    Increase height to front boundary to 1700mm on the left house, and 1890mm on the right house. We are unable to go any lower as the electrical meter is installed there. According to the regulations set by Energy Australia, the electrical meter has to be at least 900mm above the ground. Considering that the meter box itself is 700mm, the lowest we could go is 1600mm with an exposed top. As such, we have had an extra 100mm on top of it so that we are able to cover it up and not have an exposed top. Increase width to the crossover to 2910mm to allow an easier turning curve for vehicle entering and exiting the propertie.
