I wish to know details of this plan having purchased 31 approx. 12mths ago.
I fear any development of more than single storey will severely impact my lifestyle and privacy along with greatly devalue my high cost home.
The rear yard In particular will be potentially grossly effected as I also plan to have a pool and outdoor living area constructed which will require even more privacy for obvious reasons.
I have formal proposals for these works in hand.
How do I gain more detail?
I asked re this possibility of a development some months ago yet have received a reply only today.
I dont wish to cause any angst for anyone concerned yet feel details need to be assessed with maximum empathy which is only fair and reasonable.
