    Dear Councillor,
We are resident in Princetown Road and we live really close to the address of the proposed development of a childcare centre.
We wish to lodge our objection to this development due to serious concerns about the already really bad and out of control parking and traffic situation near the primary school will be surely become a lot worse.
We wish the councillor please consider the stress and delay that we are already currently experiencing when we trying to drive out to work from home. Especially from between 8:45am to 9:10am we are stuck in the location traffic jam seeing those parents parking on park lane in front of and near the primary school and cars on both direction were beating to get through the narrow single lane space....And this also going create more safety threats for the local pedestrian especially those little kids during the school time.
Instead of solving this issue us nearby residents, we are so sad and frustrate to hear something is going to develop to make the whole situation worse. This is too hard to accept.
We sincerely beg for the councillor to reject this application of this development of commerial traffic and parking hazards.

Thanks very much for your attention to this matter.

    Yours Sincerely,
    Brenda Lai & Nelson Su
