1. Traffic and parking is already out of control in this area. Just ask the local police! Surely yet another child care centre in not warranted unless an off street parking area is part of this development, which I am sure it isn’t.

2. We purchased this property in march 2019 and moved in on 16th June 2019.
   I have spoken to neighbors about the amount of heavy traffic using this road during the weekdays Monday to Friday, they told me they have complained to the Council requesting restricted parking, however nothing to date has been done.
   This Road is very short, it runs from Forest Road to "Our Lady of Lourdes" Primary School where it ends with a round about back to Forest Road. I do believe that this street is not just for the School use, it is being used by people who park their car all day then catch the bus on Windsor Road to the city.
   Surely the council should at least have a restricted parking time of maximum 2 hours with exception being for residents only.
   I am certainly opposed to any new Child Care center being built in this small Road as the traffic problem will only escalate creating more problems.
