1. Will this proposal include at least 80 car spaces? Every dwelling is likely to have a two car family and they will have visitors. When such dense housing is built without adequate car parking provisions there a problems for everyone.

   This is very close to a high traffic corner which has another high density proposal in the wings... There will be safety and traffic management disasters if this is not adequately assessed.

   I have nearly been hit twice by cars exiting Glenburnie Tce onto Bray St in recent months. It will become even more dangerous if such a development is allowed on a corner like this.

   I hope that this development is not approved. It is not in the interests of the community, just the developer making some more profit.....

2. I think the build is far too big and will cause traffic problems. Too many people in one complex is ridiculous, for the area, we don't need to be restricted in the area we live in, this is Adelaide.

3. This is horrible and should not be allowed. It is far too high, far too many people, and far to small to support so many people. It does not fit with the area. The only reason to build this is greed. It provides nothing but negatives to the area.

4. Imagine social distancing in a situation like this. 32 families packed in....We need to rethink NOW the new buildings that are going up in Adelaide. And especially along the Anzac Hwy and adjacent roads....Look at the places around the world where there are people packed in on top of each other...eg...Italy, Spain, New York. Will more and more high rises make it more difficult to keep the population healthy.

5. Totally agree with the above comments. For good physical and mental health, and a sense of well being, people need enough space to be able to relax among green surroundings, not buildings crammed on top of/next to each other.
   We have an excellent opportunity to make Adelaide a desirable, liveable city. The new Planning and Design Code needs to be completely rethought in the light of Covid-19!
