This is an objection to the Pavillion specifically in relation to the fact it will increase traffic activity in the queens rd area near to the proposed pavilion.

In addition to this the following affects are objections:
    1. No parking on north side of Queens Rd forcing vehicles to park on nature strips illegally of south side of queens rd
    2. Dangerous conditions when cars are parked on north side of queens Rd, they obstruct the vision of traffic heading east and west along queens Rd and this will be a traffic and pedestrian hazard.
    3. The notice was not issued to all relevant residents of the area, many residents had not received notices of the proposed project
    4. The notice was titled 135 Aphrasia St which is misleading given the proposed site is actually on queens rd.
    5. An assurance/condition the project does not modify in dimensions

Thanks and regards . Bradley and Cynthia
