    DA-231/2019: 113 Macpherson Street Bronte NSW 2024
Having looked over this Metro Control Plan, I see that there is duplication of the small existing businesses, which would likely put these businesses out of business and not add any new offering to this small hub.
Could this Metro offer 4 very popular products as a point of difference, for example, a sushi shop, a pâtisserie, a delicatessen and a fresh fish shop, a concept that is offered in Paris in each arrondissement. They would not compete with the existing businesses, would add interesting products, plus they all fit into your 'Grab and Go' concept? Of course your barista coffee would work well with the pâtisserie. Maybe the smaller businesses could change their products to compliment the 'Grab and Go' Metro? Everyone wins.

This is much needed. Personally, I will no longer have to take my car to Bondi Junction to pick up essentials which reduces my carbon footprint. Most people who will shop there will be locals on foot. I currently go to the pharmacy at Bondi Junction because I’d already be there picking up groceries. If I pick up groceries locally I’ll just use the local pharmacy. As for other businesses, I shop at Iggy’s and frequent the cafes. I’d never go to a Woolies cafe because they could never compete so silly to include that.
